TikTok V2 API: Search TikTok users

Returns TikTok accounts matching keyword in user_list. Optional user_search_* filters narrow the match; page with offset and count.

Where the page starts. 0 for page one; for later pages send the previous response's cursor when it has one.

count?string

Number of items to request per page.

user_search_follower_count?string

Optional filter on the follower count of matched users. Leave unset for no filter.

user_search_profile_type?string

Optional filter on the profile type of matched users. Leave unset for no filter.

user_search_other_pref?string

Optional extra preference filter for the user search. Leave unset for no filter.
