TikTok V2 API: Search TikTok sounds

Returns TikTok sounds matching keyword in music_info_list. Narrow with filter_by, sort_type, and region; page with offset and count.

Result ordering value. Leave unset for the default order.

region?string

Two-letter country code, for example US, that localizes the results.
