What a request costs
One credit is one request on most routes.
Some routes cost more than one credit. The exact cost of a route is shown on its page in the API reference — that number is the source of truth, not this page.
You are only charged on a successful response. Errors — bad parameters, an unreachable source, anything on our side — cost nothing.
