Returns mixed public TikTok search results (videos, users, hashtags) for keyword. Sort with sort_type and filter by publish_time; page with offset and count.

Search term. Matches videos, users, and hashtags.

offset?string

Where the page starts. 0 for page one; for later pages send the previous response's cursor when it has one.

Number of items to request per page.

sort_type?string

Result ordering value. Leave unset for the default order.

publish_time?string

Filter by publication time. Leave unset for no time filter.
