X (Twitter) API: List verified followers

List verified accounts that follow a profile. Needs the numeric user_id, which /v1/x/profile → returns as id. Paginate with cursor and has_more. An unknown user_id returns data: null.

Numeric account ID, from the id field of /v1/x/profile. A handle is not accepted.

cursor?string

cursor from the previous response. Omit for the first page and send it unchanged for later pages.
