Priceline API: Get hotel details and rates (v1)

Returns a hotel's description, photos, amenities, location and guest scores; with dates, also every room type with its live rates and cancellation terms. data is null for a hotel ID Priceline does not know.

hotel_id from a search or locations result, or a priceline.com hotel link such as https://www.priceline.com/relax/at/291003.

Departure date, YYYY-MM-DD. Required together with checkin.
