Instagram V2 API: List Instagram user highlights

Returns the highlight reels pinned to a public Instagram profile, identified by username_or_id, with each highlight's id, title and cover. Pass an id to the highlight stories route for its media.

Username without the @, or numeric user ID, of a public account. The numeric ID is the pk or id field of a profile object.
