# Get property details

Get a home's price, structure, address, photos, listing agent contact (`attribution`), demand signals, and the RESO fact set. Requires `zpid`. `price_history`, `tax_history`, `schools` and `nearby_homes` are null here — use `/v1/zillow/history`.

| `zpid` | query | yes | string | Zillow's numeric id for the home, e.g. 2146999031 from /homedetails/.../2146999031_zpid/. Every /v1/zillow/search and /v1/zillow/sitemap result carries one. A pasted property URL is accepted and reduced to the id — the address slug in it is decoration, not part of the key. |
