Transcribe an audio or video file with word timestamps, or split a video into scenes. Send one public media URL per request, up to 2 minutes and 100 MB.

- [Detect scenes in a video](https://docs.toolzerhub.com/reference/media/media-scenes.md): `POST /v1/media/scenes`. Returns the cut list for one video URL: start, end and duration per scene, plus a measured motion score and its class. Use it with a transcript to see which claim lands on which shot.
- [Transcribe a media file](https://docs.toolzerhub.com/reference/media/media-transcribe.md): `POST /v1/media/transcribe`. Transcribes one video or audio URL and returns the text, per-segment and per-word timestamps, and the detected language. A creative with no speech returns an empty transcript with has_audio: false rather than an error.
