Returns ranked agencies in one Clutch directory (e.g. web-developers, agencies/digital-marketing), each with rating, review count, rank position, contact info, rate/size/headcount bands, and percentage service mix. data is null when Clutch has no such directory — a 200, not a 404.

Without index, lists the numbered sitemaps for kind; with index, returns that sitemap's URLs. kind=profile yields profile slugs, kind=directory yields directory paths. data is null past the last sitemap.
